1.Each batch of products delivered must pass the self-inspection. For the first batch of outsourced and purchased parts, Party B must provide Party A with inspection records as required by Party A. For products without inspection records, Party A has the right to refuse acceptance and trial installation; the key and important parts of outsourcing are zero. Component manufacturers are required to provide product qualification inspection reports.
2. During the production process of the product, such as assembly, handling, packaging, transportation and storage, Party B shall protect the product so that the product will not be damaged. If there is any damage, Party B shall assume full responsibility.
3. Party A shall check and accept the products delivered by Party B according to the product drawings, acceptance standards and other technical specifications. For the parts used for the whole vehicle, Party A shall adopt the method of random inspection or full inspection for acceptance according to the needs.
